Cortechs.ai | Did You Know? Additional Data Output Options Available with NeuroQuant<sup>®</sup>The comprehensive CSV file provides a vast amount of brain structure data including normative reference data and is available for NeuroQuant and the LesionQuant module. The data provided can be used for further research and comparison purposes, including all segementable brain structures provided by NeuroQuant.

NeuroQuant CSV file

  • Over 1200 columns of data for 71 different brain structures and structure groups
  • Where applicable, the following are provided for total, left, right, and asymmetry between left and right brain structures:
    • Absolute volumes
    • Percent of Intracranial Volume (%ICV)
    • 5- and 95-percentile reference values

LesionQuant module CSV file

  • Over 150 columns of brain structure and FLAIR lesion data
  • The following FLAIR lesion data is provided:
    • Lesion burden
    • Anatomical lesion distribution for total, new and enlarging lesions (count and volume)
  • Where applicable, the following are provided for total, left, right, and asymmetry between left and right brain structures:
    • Absolute volumes
    • Percent of Intracranial Volume (%ICV)
    • 5- and 95-percentile reference values

Accessing the CSV File

Cortechs.ai | Did You Know? Additional Data Output Options Available with NeuroQuant<sup>®</sup>The CSV file can be easily downloaded from the Queue Monitor page in the Cortechs.ai system user interface. To download a ZIP file containing all NeuroQuant and LesionQuant data as CSV files, click the CSV icon.

A license needs to be enabled to download and use the CSV file export functionality. If you are interested in having access to this valuable feature, please contact us for more information.
