Lesion Visualization: Four axial images showing the largest cross-sectional area of lesion burden for each region.
Lesion Summary Table: The lesion burden in cm3, lesion count, and lesion load. Lesions are regions of the brain appearing hypointense on T1 and hyperintense on T2 FLAIR MR images.
Brain Structure Volumes Table: Raw volumes and normative percentile for 5 structures. The volumes reported are computed from T1 and T2 FLAIR images and exclude lesion volume.
