FLAIR Lesion and Atrophy Report Plus
MS PLUS Report for the clinical assessment of multiple sclerosis. This 5 page report allows physicians to analyze and track important lesion metrics such as burden and count to support patient treatment plans.

Patient information, referring physician, scan date, and site information.
Lesion Dynamics Visualization: Four axial images showing the largest cross-sectional area of lesion change regionally.
Lesion Summary Table: The lesion burden and lesion load regionally from the patient’s current and prior scans. Lesions are regions of the brain appearing hypointense on T1 and hyperintense on T2 FLAIR MR images.
Lesion Dynamics Table: Provides total and regional volumes of new, enlarging, shrinking, and stable lesions and lesion counts.
Brain Structure Volumes Table: Raw volumes and normative percentile for 5 structures. The volumes reported are computed from T1 and T2 FLAIR images and exclude lesion volume.
Lesion Dynamics Summary: A text based summation of count, volume, and load comparison between two scans when two time-points are available.
Lesion Location Chart & Table: A chart and a table that further defines lesions by their brain location and dynamics: new, enlarging, shrinking and stable. The chart displays lesion burden from the current scan, while the table lists lesion count and burden from the current scan.
Lesion Hemisphere Chart & Table: A chart and a table listing the number and burden of lesions in the right and left hemisphere from the patient’s current scan.
Lesion History Graphs: Lesion burden longitudinally. - Black dot to the right is current time point. - Gray dot to the left is previous time point.
Individual Lesion Visualization: Axial images showing 16 individual lesions from the patient’s current scan. Image slice number displayed for each image for easy reference.
Brain Structure Visualization: Color-coded representative images in the axial, coronal, and sagittal planes.
Normative Reference Charts: Demonstrates normal control percentiles (5th, 25th, 50th, 75th, 95th) represented as curves, displaying the patient’s percentile in relation to the normative population.
Scan Information: Scan date for each scan if more than one, accession number, manufacturer, field strength, sequence type.
Lesion Detection Thresholds: Scan dates for each scan, with minimum size and separation.
Interpretation Summary: Report definitions.
