To meet our users’ unique needs, Cortechs.ai offers an manual process to upload images and retrieve results on our cloud-based online solution. Depending on the Cortechs.ai product you are using, non-contrast 3D T1 MRI, 2D or 3D FLAIR and PET scans can be uploaded to our online Solution manually.
Manual upload is an easy way to use the cloud-based version system to process images from a DICOM saved file on a CD/DVD. Manual upload gives you the ability and flexibility to upload the MRI and PET scan to your online account and retrieve the results.
For NeuroQuant processing, create a zip file of the 3D T1 non-contrast, sagittal images
For LesionQuant processing, create a zip file of the 3D T1 non-contrast, sagittal images AND the 2D or 3D FLAIR images
For PETQuant processing, create a zip file of the 3D T1 non-contrast, sagittal images AND the PET (with Florbetapir or FDG tracer) images
Enter your username and password to log into the Cortechs.ai online system.
Click Browse to upload your zip file and then choose the report(s) to be generated using Report Type. The images will be automatically queued and processed.
When your report and segmented images have been successfully processed, they can be downloaded to your computer.
Import your downloaded data into your PACS or DICOM viewer to review results.
